Welcome to BalancedLifes.com. I’m Ritu, and I created this space to explore simple, mindful, and meaningful ways to live better every day.
I hold a B.Sc. degree in zoology, botany, and chemistry and later completed an MBA in HR and marketing while working in the financial sector. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, many of us reassessed our priorities—including me. I became passionate about health and wellness and now spend much of my time learning how to cultivate balance in our lifestyle, mindset, and overall well‑being.
I love to read and write about how small, practical changes in our daily routines can lead to a healthier, more joyful life. My articles share personal experiences and research-based insights—but they do not offer medical or treatment advice. I aim to spark awareness, not to prescribe.
