Welcome to balancedlifes.com. Hi, I’m Ritu, and I warmly welcome you to Balanced Life — I created a space where we explore simple, mindful, and meaningful ways to live better every day.
My name is Ritu. I graduated with a B.Sc. in the bio group, which includes zoology, botany, and chemistry, and I also did an MBA in HR and marketing while working in the financial sector. But, you know, after COVID-19, so many people’s lives changed during this pandemic, including mine. I have been interested in learning about health and wellness. I am passionate about learning how to create balance in our lifestyle, health, wellness, mindset, and all aspects related to health and wellness.
I love to read and write about how we can live a healthy and joyful life by making small changes in our daily lives and habits. Through my articles, I do not provide any medical or treatment advice related to health. I share my personal knowledge and experiences by writing on my websites. My goal is that we can improve our lives through awareness and small changes in our day-to-day lives.
