Hi, I’m Ritu — the person behind this website.
I started BalancedLifes.com to share simple and practical ways to live a healthy, joyful, and balanced life.
I have a B.Sc. in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry and an MBA in HR & Marketing.
I also completed Stanford University’s Online course “Introduction to Food and Health” (Coursera, 2025).
During the COVID-19 time, like many people, I started thinking deeply about health, family, and daily life.
That’s when I became interested in nutrition, wellness, and simple lifestyle habits that truly make a difference.
Now, I write easy-to-understand articles that help you take care of your body and mind using small, doable steps.
